Janet Beatty – Training Experience
Janet Beatty heads our training efforts. She has breadth and depth experience working for Intel and Microsoft as well as working as an independent consultant since 2009.
Janet is as adept at creating simple narrated, interactive tool demos as she is at developing five day classroom courses with individual and group exercises. She has led scores of course development projects, been responsible for training thousands of technical trainers, and managed the Microsoft New Hire curricula for over 400 different job titles.
As a consultant she has delivered content to support corporate-wide behavior changes for thousands of employees as well as closely targeted interactive demos for specific technical roles.
Sean Beatty – Training Experience
Sean Beatty has shared his expertise in Software Engineering and Systems Safety by presenting well-received classes in:
- Structured Analysis / Structured Design (SA / SD)
- Embedded Systems Programming
- Finding Software Defects that Testing and Inspection Miss
He developed a custom training program for NSWC Crane titled Software Safety Analysis for Small Embedded Systems. He has presented Improving Software Safety – Finding the Defects that Inspection and Testing Miss frequently at the International Systems Safety Conference. See Presentations.
